The Provider may collect information about the Client’s devices through which the services are accessed such as operating systems and their versions, software, hardware, file names and versions, device identification data (IP address), etc.

The Provider uses this information to ensure the safety of users and their devices, customer support, and the development of current services. 2. Confidentiality
The Parties agree to use each other’s confidential information exclusively in connection with the services and not to disclose it without prior written approval, except in the following cases: i) when required by law or specific regulations or when requested by a professional body; ii) to advisors with whom the Parties work.
The Provider may disclose confidential information to subcontractors or service providers provided that they are bound by confidentiality obligations, as well as to the Client’s consultants involved in the respective issue. The obligation to maintain the confidentiality of information received in connection with the contract shall remain valid for three years after receiving such information. The above does not apply to information that (i) is available to the public, or (ii) has been received from someone who does not have confidentiality obligations regarding it, or (iii) was already known to the receiving Party.
3. Cookie Policy
