Outdoor Unit CHV6-400NMX
High Efficiency and Energy Saving
The system uses a high-efficiency inverter compressor with enhanced vapor injection (EVI), a high-efficiency DC motor, and a new method of controlling combined modules. These features significantly increase the efficiency of the air conditioning system in both cooling and heating modes.
CHV6 operates reliably within a temperature range from -30°C to +55°C, providing comfortable cooling and heating.
CHV6 integrates technologies that contribute to increasing piping length and improving energy efficiency: high-pressure drop control, detection of pressure drop in indoor units, improved pressure adjustment, automatic pipe length adjustment, and deep refrigerant subcooling.
- The maximum effective length from the outdoor unit to the furthest indoor unit is 200 m, and the maximum equivalent length is 240 m, with a total maximum pipe length of 1000 m.
- The maximum length from the first branch to the furthest indoor unit is 120 m (up to 40 m under normal conditions).
- The maximum height difference between the outdoor and indoor units is 110 m (if the outdoor unit is lower than the indoor units) and 100 m (if the outdoor unit is higher).
- The maximum height difference between indoor units is 30 m.
CHV6-SM180NK Heat Storage Module
This module is used for rapid defrosting of the outdoor unit, with minimal temperature loss in the room. The module works in combination with VRF units, and the number of units should be selected based on the outdoor unit’s power, between 90% and 150% of capacity.
Advanced EVI Technology
A new vapor injection compressor, specially developed for VRF systems, provides 10% more capacity in cooling mode and 30% more capacity in heating mode at low temperatures. Other features include:
- Dynamic oil control.
- Internal oil circulation system to reduce heat loss.
- Adjustable frequency up to 130 Hz for high precision.
Compact Design of Outdoor Units
Outdoor units have a capacity between 22.4 kW and 68 kW and compact dimensions, allowing the use of standard elevators for rooftop installation, thus reducing installation costs.
Advanced Anti-Corrosion Protection
Components are treated with special protective coatings, including hydrophobic and anti-corrosion coatings (Golden Fin, Black Fin), which ensure high durability in aggressive environments, including coastal areas.
Special Features for Hotels
- Seasonal settings: The operating mode (cooling/heating) can be forcibly allocated from the control panel.
- Card system: The unit starts only when a special card is inserted, reducing energy consumption.
- Standby mode: Reduced energy consumption (3 W load compared to 40 W in previous models).
Advanced Defrosting and Low-Temperature Protection Technologies
- Intelligent defrosting system with real-time parameter adjustment, reducing the duration of the process.
- Hot gas bypass system along with special coatings on heat exchanger fins to prevent freezing.
